The Site www.pr.army (hereinafter Site) is managed by the Public Organization "INTERNATIONAL UNION OF COMMUNICATION PROFESSIONALS "PR ARMY" (hereinafter Organization). 

The User of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and who uses this Site for his/her purpose.

Provision of personal data refers to actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or certain circle of people.

Subject is a User who provided the Organization with his/her personal data.

We respect the confidential (personal) data of all people who are the Users of the Site, without exception, and in connection with this we strive to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of data about an individual that is identified or can be identified), thereby creating and providing the most comfortable conditions for using the Site for each User.

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) defines the rules and procedure for processing and storing personal data of the Site Users.

General provisions

1.1. The use of the Site by the User means his/her consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

1.2. The Organization collects only the personal data that are knowingly and voluntarily provided by the User as a subject of personal data for the purpose of using the Site, which is the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of his personal data.

2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Public Organization "INTERNATIONAL UNION OF COMMUNICATION PROFESSIONALS "PR ARMY" regarding the intentional non-disclosure of personal data provided by the User.

2.2. Personal data permitted to be processed under this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling out special forms on the Site or on paper media, and in particular but not limited to, include the following information:
2.2.1. Surname, name, and patronymic;
2.2.2. Email;
2.2.3. Postal address;
2.2.4. Mobile phone number;
2.2.5. Location.

2.3. Public Organization "INTERNATIONAL UNION OF COMMUNICATION PROFESSIONALS "PR ARMY" also makes efforts to protect Personal data that are transmitted automatically when visiting the Site pages, namely:
– IP address;
– cookies information; 
– information about the browser (or other program that provides access to the Site);
– access time;
– information about the addresses of the visited pages addresses, etc.

3.1. Purposes of personal data processing:
— ensuring compliance with laws and other normative legal acts;
— processing of User applications;
— establishing feedback with the Users.

3.2. The subject provides personal data to the extent necessary to achieve his/her goals.

Personal data processing conditions

4.1. The processing of the Subject's personal data is carried out without a time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.

4.2. The Subject of personal data agrees that the Public Organization "INTERNATIONAL UNION OF COMMUNICATION PROFESSIONALS "PR ARMY" has the right to transfer the personal data to third parties, in particular, law enforcement, control bodies, state and local authorities.

4.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in the manner established by the laws in force.

4.4. Regarding the Subject's personal information, its confidentiality is preserved, except in cases where he/she voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for general access to an unlimited number of people.

Rights and liabikuties of the parties

5.1. The Subject shall:
5.1.1. Provide correct and truthful information about personal data necessary to achieve the goals.
5.1.2. Update or supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of a change in this information.
5.1.3. Take measures to protect access to own confidential data stored on the Site.

5.2. The subject has the rights granted to him by the current legislation of Ukraine. The Public Organization "INTERNATIONAL UNION OF COMMUNICATION PROFESSIONALS "PR ARMY" shall:
5.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
5.2.2. Not to disclose the User's personal data, except for the conditions stipulated by this Policy and the laws of Ukraine in force.

Disputes settlement

6.1. The Subject and Public Organization "INTERNATIONAL UNION OF COMMUNICATION PROFESSIONALS "PR ARMY" are responsible for violation of this Policy in accordance with the laws of Ukraine in force

6.2. All disputes are resolved by sending letters (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute) and providing an answer to it within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its receipt.

6.3. In the event resolving disputes through negotiations is impossible, disputes are resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Final provisions

7.1. The Public Organization "INTERNATIONAL UNION OF COMMUNICATION PROFESSIONALS "PR ARMY" reserves the right to make unilateral changes to this Statement. Changes are made by posting a new version of this Statement on the Site. The new version of the Statement enters into force from the moment of its posting on the Site. The previous version becomes invalid from the moment of approval of the new version, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy. 

7.2. Issues not regulated by this Statement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
